Store

Unveiled in September 2024, the new 10 Corso Como store - conceived by interdisciplinary agency 2050+, according to the vision of Tiziana Fausti - is conceived as a flexible theatrical machine. The space is inhabited by mobile and modular set-up devices, such as the pantograph tables and a series of clothes racks designed to be movable. These elements, as dynamic and light theater units, allow for infinite configurations, offering a wide spectrum of curatorial possibilities.
The concept is also enriched by ad-hoc collaborations with international designers that were commissioned site-specific interventions. The new internal staircase, entirely clad in steel, connects the store to the first-floor areas – the Gallery and the Project Room. It offers a unique shopping experience that allows clients to explore the innovative ecosystem of 10 Corso Como made of a variety of proposals – fashion, art, design, food.

The renovation works have a dual nature, both architectural and curatorial: the concept is enriched by ad-hoc collaborations with international designers that were commissioned site-specific interventions – also orchestrated by 2050+.
This process of interaction mirrors the overall vision of the new 10 Corso Como, imagined as a dynamic platform for cultural and creative exchange.

Jesper Eriksson
The Marseille-based artist and designer has created a counter made of black coal, an unusual material, a geological marvel which started its formation process some 300 million years ago through photosynthesis.

Laurids Gallée
The Austrian designer with a studio in Rotterdam has designed a polished metal structure paired with shelves crafted from upcycled resin plates. Its work evokes an archaeological aesthetic reminiscent of stylized rock specimens.

Odd Matter
The Rotterdam-based design studio created two display tables and a cash desk, exploring the use of recycled glass strands and alpha crystalline plaster.

Sam Chermayeff Office
The studio formed by Sam Chermayeff and Barbara Polakova has conceived the jewelry display as a series of windows through which clients enter a precious and sophisticated world.

The Back Studio
Eugenio Rossi and Yaazd Contractor designed Assemblage n.48, a lamp created by assembling industrial pieces and hand-blown neon. The lightweight aluminum structure, supporting a tubular of fiery red neon, is positioned inside the new staircase leading to the first floor.

Heim + Viladrich
The design studio founded by Lauriane Heim and Johan Viladrich devised the Glissière benches, inspired by the brutalist forms of highway concrete barriers.
