We ship worldwide in DDP service (Delivered Duties Paid), except for Russia and Ukraine where duties can never be included. European customers can decide whether to receive an invoice or not. All purchases from other countries will always be accompanied by an invoice. The documentation will be sent along with the goods shipped to the customer.

Items are dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date the order is placed. Once the order is dispatched, delivery times are as follow:

Yes, you can return or exchange the size / color of an item. You can request a return within 14 days (weekends included) of the delivery date. Please see the RETURNS section for more detailed information.

Cancellation is possible only if an order has not been shipped yet. If an order has already been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Returns are
free, however shipping fees will not be refunded. Before Items have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an article or change the size / color, if
there is availability. We are unable to modify the billing or shipping address, or to change item code from the order.
