Rethinking 10 Corso Como. 10 Corso Como announces the beginning of a new chapter. Through a series of micro-tactical interventions, the innovative architectural design by interdisciplinary agency 2050+ facilitates the transition and connection between spaces and experiences across the different dimensions that coexist within 10 Corso Como: design, art, photography, food, urban nature. Starting November 2023, the renovation work will involve the entire building; the different environments will be unveiled in stages from Spring 2024.

 

Fragrance & Make-up online. A sensory journey through contemporary scent. An overview of botanical roots and olfactory developments to know mystery compounds or just to enjoy the artistic perfumery world from great classics to the out most new. 10 Corso Como Pop Up lands in Forte dei Marmi (2022), in the heart of Versilia, makes a stop at Forte Village Resort in Southern Sardinia (2023) and eventually touches Milan's iconic Central Station (2023).

 

 

2021

30th Anniversary. In September 2021, to celebrate 10 Corso Como's 30th anniversary, TizianaFausti has launched a new design space - 10 Corso Como Pop Up Space - dedicated to special events and collaborations. With its two storefronts facing 10 Corso Como, the Pop Up allows for hosting various activities, such as collection presentations, press conferences, and exclusive installations. On the occasion of the anniversary celebration, 10 Corso Como proposes a series of new co-branding and limited-edition projects, a new notebook reflecting the entire visual imagery of 10 Corso Como and the first HOME collection with furnishing accessories, vases, candles, cushions, blankets, table ware, hand-decorated plates, and glassware from the best manufacturers.

 

 

2020

Tiziana Fausti acquisition. Entrepreneur Tiziana Fausti acquires the 10 Corso Como trademark, becoming its sole director.Tiziana Fausti, who acquired the iconic brand and concept store in September 2020, is providing her own stamp on the brand’s 30 years of links to image culture and sophisticated fashion.

 

Schools and Institutions. Over the years 10 Corso Como’s unique approach to retail attracts many institutions and universities to study the key success factors of the 10 Corso Como brand. Under scholarships, and group visits paid a visit to 10 Corso Como by such well known institutions as the Domus Academy(Milano), University of Arts London, Essex; Business School of Paris, Villeneuve University of Spain, and Politecnico of Milano University, SDA Bocconi University(Milano),Polimoda (Firenze), IULM University(Milano), FIT(New York), Kent University(Ohio), Shenkar College (Israel), Università Cattolica (Milano). The philosophy of 10 Corso Como has been the subject of scholarly texts, and analyzed for several case studies for thesis, discussion, and debate. Case histories about 10 Corso Como are ongoing in many of these institutions.

Seoul second venue: Avenue L. In partnership with Samsung Group, 10 Corso Como brings the "slow shopping experience" to its second venue in Seoul, at Avenue L.

 

 

2010

A green Oasis. 10 Corso Como's constant aptitude for combining art and nature blossoms with the creation of a new roof garden. Almost a unique floral sanctuary recognized by the Italian League for the Protection of Birds (Lipu).

 

 

2009

The E-commerce. 10 Corso Como makes its entry into the virtual world. An exciting new chapter is written with the launch of e-commerce. The visual identity of 10 Corso Como, a series of circles and lines, is a metaphor for time and space. In the new 10 Corso Como e-shop, the seeds of this visual concept feed a wonderful ever recombining of these primary elements in a continuous evolution. 10 Corso Como personalizes taste and not trends, it is synonymous with a choice of style.

 

 

2008

10 Corso Como Seoul. 10 Corso Como and Samsung have joined together in 2008 to bring the 10 Corso Como concept to the capital city of Seoul. Housed on three levels, in Cheongdam - dong, the downtown dynamic hub of the Capital city, presents its personal global aesthetic and Italian design with Korean culture and flavour.

 

 

2003

Opened in 2003, “3Rooms” is an intimate hotel that offers the personal hospitality of 10 Corso Como, a true home away from home. One of the most exclusive addresses, 3Rooms are three suites with an intimate and refined atmosphere in the heart of Milan. More than a hotel, the three rooms are a natural extension of the hospitality of 10 Corso Como, the epicentre of fashion, design and lifestyle. In the courtyard in pure Milanese style, through an independent entrance, each guests have undisturbed access to their own suite.

 

 

1999

The ever-evolving identity of 10 Corso Como takes on a personalized touch with the launch of its first co-branded products. 10 Corso Como café opened in 1998. Hidden in the heart of 10 Corso Como’s quiet courtyard behind a discreet façade of gates and gardens, the garden café is surrounded by a conservatory of lush perennial plants and seasonal flowers, lush beauty and culinary delights.

 

 

1996

The experience continues to evolve with the birth of the Gallery Shop, a new space dedicated to cultural and commercial events.

 

 

1991

The beginning. 10 Corso Como was born in Milan in a garage. A working garage with oil, and gasoline, and of course, a courtyard full of cars. For several years, the boutique of fashion and design, the art and photography gallery, the bookstore, and a small café have grown up with the Renault cars in the courtyard, a trapdoor for raising cars, and a large window. Plants everywhere, from the façade of the railing house to the large terrace create a pleasant oasis still today. It is an ecosystem with a magical, diverse atmosphere, akin to a secret garden where visitors can always discover something unexpected. Founded in 1991, 10 Corso Como is today recognized as the first concept destination, blending culture with trends, promoting a close link between fashion and design. Known as the first «concept store», it turned the retail concept in a hub for lifestyle and fashion. 10 Corso Como is born, a concept store dedicated to lifestyle, fashion and contemporary art, with the aim of promoting a “Living magazine”. A pioneering and innovative idea: the former garage at number 10 Corso Como in Milan is transformed into a space to host photography, art and design exhibitions by emerging and established artists. A gallery where visitors are encouraged to browse and explore. A place that becomes a true "experience".
