Returns and Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he/she has 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery to request return authorization; in the event of a delayed request for authorization return, the company reserves the right to authorize the return, however, charging the Customer any costs arising from the return formalities.
Returned items must be clean, unworn and they must have all their tags, accessories and original packaging, security tag included. Shoes and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, dust bags and cards. The box must not be used as external parcel.
Please note that due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept underwear or face masks returns and we will only accept swimwear if the protective hygienic strip is still in place and has not been tampered with. In case of faulty items, clients are invited to contact immediately the Customer Service at eshop@10corsocomo.com and to send photographic support regarding the defect or incorrect merchandise. Any item that is not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to the client.
Return must be shipped with DHL. Any return shipped with a different courier won’t be accepted.

 

PERFUMES AND MAKE-UP POLICY RETURN

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfume and make-up return won’t be accepted after the removal or the damage of the appropriate seals affixed to the packaging. For further information contact the the Customer Service at eshop@10corsocomo.com or call +39 035 0067 700

 

JEWELS POLICY RETURN

a) Without prejudice to the provisions in paragraph b) below, You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, we invite You to contact our Customer Service at +39 035 0067 700 from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. , or you can send a request by e-mail to eshop@10corsocomo.com . If You will decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, You will be refunded the payment You have already made, costs delivery included.   

The refund may be suspended until the Product has been received and until the Quality Control has verified that the Product has been returned in compliance with what is specified below:

  • the product must be returned in a perfect condition;
  • the product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received;
  • the certification document must be intact and in a perfect condition.

b) We inform You that, pursuant to the art. 59, 1st paragraph, letter c) of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal will be excluded in relation to the supply of products tailor made and /or customized.

With reference to the above case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, You are informed and You agree that the Products tailor made and / or customized include the Products indicated as customizable in the relevant information sheet, after the customization by You requested.     

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by our warehouse. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in roughly 2 up to 10 days. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by PayPal or bank wire transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Possible shipping costs won't be refunded.

 

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Log-in to your personal account, select MY RETURNS, then CREATE NEW RETURN, and choose the order you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the instructions to return the parcel.
  2. Place the items in a suitable box, (e.g. the one you got from 10CORSOCOMO.COM), pack the items safely and put the original invoice inside.
  3. Stick the self-adhesive return label to the parcel.
  4. Contact your local DHL by phone to arrange the pick-up.

If you have placed an order but you are not registered on 10CORSOCOMO.COM please contact our customer service at eshop@10corsocomo.com to receive all the information you need.

 

SIZE / COLOR EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item code is available. To request an exchange, you can follow the above return instructions and select "REPLACEMENT". Please indicate the size or colour in the message blank space. Our Customer Service will take care of the request, confirming if the size/color is available. You can then return the item and the substitutive item will be shipped once 10CORSOCOMO.COM warehouse receives the return back.
