The fashion brand Auralee was founded in 2015 in Tokyo by designer Ryota Iwai, based on the concepts of authenticity and linear design. The minimalism and light silhouettes in soft and solid colors underline the high quality of the raw materials, studied and manufactured with great care by the Japanese label. The inspiration for the collections, says Iwai, comes from several sources, such as the weather of the day, the colors surrounding him in his daily life and his travels: the designer lets himself be inspired by life around him to create, as the name of the brand already says, garments that are “lands that lights up”.
