ZANELLATO. MATERIA, ARTE, MEMORIA
On Wednesday, October 14, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Project Room of 10 Corso Como, Zanellato celebrates an important anniversary and presents a new book dedicated to its history, Italian craftsmanship and its ongoing exploration of materials and innovation.
Some entrepreneurial stories have deep roots, born from the encounter between a family, a region and a passion. Zanellato’s story begins in the Veneto region and spans generations, crafts and transformations, finding a visionary interpreter in Franco Zanellato. From the first experiments with leather to the creation of Postina®, which has become an icon of Italian design, and through ongoing research into sustainability and “artisanal intelligence,” this book tells the story of 50 years of Italian heritage shaped by creativity, craftsmanship, and passion.
This milestone is accompanied by an important recognition: Zanellato has been awarded the Historic Trademark of National Interest, bearing witness to an entrepreneurial and creative legacy deeply rooted in Made in Italy, which continues to represent a wealth of expertise and values to this day.
The book presentation featured Alba Cappellieri, the book’s author and Head of Jewelry and Fashion Accessories at the Politecnico di Milano; Tiziana Fausti, President of 10 Corso Como and Franco Zanellato, CEO and Creative Director of Zanellato.
