Within the spaces of the Project Room and Mezzanine, dedicated to dialogue around contemporary issues and to explorations of multiple identities, and of the relationship between body, identity and representation within creative communities, 10 Corso Como presents YOUTH The Naked Truth, a new project by Christian Boaro. An independent fashion designer, Christian Boaro has, for more than ten years, developed a photographic practice alongside his work in fashion design, focusing on the body and the identities that inhabit and traverse it. The project has grown out of an uninterrupted succession of encounters: friends, creatives, people he has known or met by chance, individuals discovered in the street, in clubs, through social media or during his travels. Over time, these encounters have formed a constantly evolving human archive, an informal mapping of a contemporary creative community and its multiple forms of existence. The skin becomes a geography, and the body a territory in which identity manifests itself, transforms and resists any single definition. Chosen by Boaro as his privileged medium, the Polaroid records these encounters through unique and unrepeatable images, capturing a moment suspended between the presence of the subject and the gaze of the photographer. Photography thus becomes a space of encounter, in which identity is neither constructed nor imposed, but simply observed in all its complexity. YOUTH The Naked Truth does not propose an ideal of beauty, but questions the very need for a model. The bodies photographed are multiple and diverse: young, tattooed and untattooed, marked by scars, transformations and asymmetries, conforming and non-conforming bodies. Boaro does not seek perfection, but a form of beauty capable of embracing difference. Imperfection thus becomes a form of uniqueness, and the body a means through which identity can assert itself without having to conform to a standard. Above all, the project is an exploration of the gaze and of the possibility of representing others outside the codes of polished, glossy photography. The subjects look directly into the camera without ostentation, free from the encumbrance of clothing and make-up, revealing themselves through minimal gestures, postures, details and presences. Women and men, cisgender and transgender, appear one after another without aesthetic hierarchy and without the need to identify a single form of belonging. It is precisely this multiplicity that defines the project’s sense of identity. The images do not seek to classify a community through shared characteristics, but to construct it through difference. Identity emerges as something plural, fluid and constantly evolving. The immediacy of the encounter meets the slow and irreversible nature of the Polaroid: each photograph is unique, unreproducible and untouched by post-production. Light, distance, framing, pose and chance all become part of the process through which Boaro constructs his own idea of reality. Even the blurs, burns and imperfections that emerge on the surface of the Polaroid become an integral part of the image: not errors to be corrected, but traces of the process and its unpredictability, capable of restoring a more physical, fragile and authentic dimension to representation. At 10 Corso Como, the project presents a selection of Polaroids distributed between the Project Room and the Mezzanine. On the upper floor, the sequence of portraits creates an environment in which individual identities enter into dialogue with one another; in the Mezzanine, a slideshow further expands the archive, transforming it into a continuous flow of presences. YOUTH The Naked Truth is therefore an open archive, without hierarchies and without conclusion.
VOID by Attilio Solzi

Starting July 8 and throughout the month of August, 10 Corso Como Project Room presents the photographic installation VOID by Attilio Solzi curated by Alessio de' Navasques. As part of 10 Corso Como’s programme, which interprets its spaces as a constantly evolving organism capable of uniting and blending places and languages according to the concept of a flexible theater, the Project Room is transformed for the summer. The space, traditionally dedicated to collections of beauty products, fragrances and rare books, becomes an open, expansive book—an immersive environment where visitors can step into the pages of the latest work by Attilio Solzi, one of the most intriguing figures in contemporary photography. Large prints on canvas guide visitors into VOID, the photographic installation dedicated to the poetics of emptiness and its movement, understood as an intimate dimension of the artist. The project is part of Tiziana Fausti’s vision, within a series dedicated to artists capable of working with the insubstantial, with fading, blurring and the vibrations of light and shadow: a body of work developed through photographic exhibitions and curatorial projects that now find a new synthesis. A surface that becomes wind, a bubble, a void, in a universal and continuous movement. Solzi, who has always been attentive to the body and the carnal power of matter, arrives here at a more ethereal dimension. A thin plastic film—a humble, artificial material—is transformed into a medium of metamorphosis: folds, ripples, and waves envelop the figures until their contours dissolve, creating images in which man and nature seem to share the same vibration. Plastic thus loses its function and becomes a membrane, a shared atmosphere, a common skin between the body and the world. The veil, an ancestral symbol of concealment and revelation, runs through the entire project. As in the rituals of ancient Greece or in the movement of forms evoked by Aby Warburg, veiling and unveiling coincide in the same gesture. The young artists portrayed seem to inhabit this threshold: bodies that become forms, fading images, suspended presences, like chrysalises awaiting their artistic metamorphosis. Solzi seems to be searching for something that precedes the face and the gesture—an essence still in the making. The void evoked by VOID does not coincide with absence, but with a state of openness, with the silent time that precedes the birth of the work. It is a portrait of the artist in his studio, at the moment when he becomes a void so that the forms of the world may pass through him. The images inhabit precisely that fragile and luminous instant, transforming the Project Room into a space of contemplation and revelation.
Olfactory Signals O3

The third edition of Olfactory Signals, the new fragrance salon, returns to 10 Corso Como from Thursday June 4th to Sunday 7th, 2026.Founded by System Preferences in 2024, Olfactory Signals is conceived as an incubator and platform for scent-based narratives, showcasing avant-garde expressions of fragrance from around the world in a design-conscious environment celebrating the convergence of art, science and wellbeing. Housed within the Project Room a diverse selection of fragrance projects are showcased as individual exhibitors – allowing each maker the space to present their aesthetic and olfactory universe Over 30 international makers converge in this intimate setting designed for contemplation and commerce, with both a wholesale and retail model allowing for immediate purchase and business development opportunities alike. In the Gallery and Mezzanine, site-specific interventions by exhibitors are curated alongside installations by contributing artists, offering tangible manifestations of this invisible medium. Sculpture, photography and sound co-exist in projects that position scent as both a mythical and politicized medium – asking philosophical questions concerning the transmission, ownership and agency of scent. Installations include, , The Field of Possibilities by Chiara Capellini, where scent is sealed inside an inaccessible vessel, and Fragrance Fountain (fig. 76) by Fabian Bergmark Näsman together with Haisam Mohammed, in which perfume is misted directly into the air from the branches of a miniature tree. Elsewhere, a series of Zeroth air purifiers conceived by Octave Perrault continuously cleanse the air, in an affirmative gesture constantly regenerating the atmospheric density of the space.OS.03 evolves the radical spirit that defined OS.01 (2025), wherein the Norwegian artist and smell researcher Sissel Tolaas installed Papier Rollen [Paper Reels] 1-4M. Following their collaborative work CO_LAB Breath of One Many for OS.02 at MATTER and SHAPE (2026) in March, Tolaas returns with the French architect Octave Perrault to present OPEN AI®️ — treating the 10·Corso·Como Rooftop not as architecture but as an interface with the sky — a field where air moves freely and carries information across space. Based on the premise that air and water are the last truly free elements, the installation is structured through distinct “pillow areas”, positioned according to the cardinal directions of the wind. Each pillow is nano-embedded with molecular compositions that correspond to light, temperature, movement, andtime, creating an atmosphere that changes throughout the day, and an invisible choreography of perception. The existing garden provides an organic infrastructure wherein artificial molecules are introduced by Tolaas, creating invisible friction between the organic and the engineered. Guests are offered water infused with molecules, acting not only as refreshment but as a continuation of the project’s elemental logic: a carrier of taste, memory, and life.AGENDA5 June 202610:00 – 11:00 Conversation 1(Art)iculating SmellSissel Tolaas & Octave PerraultModerated by Dan Thawley11:15 – 12:00 Conversation 2Fragrance Fountain (fig. 76)Fabian Bergmark Näsman & Haisam Mohammed Moderated by Dan Thawley 18.30 – 19:30 Stella of SoundQOA — sonic experience aural architectures for floating states of perception language of vibrations6 June 202611:00 – 11:45 Conversation 3Beyond Human Sense - Translating the Metal MindVittorio Maria Dal Maso & Emma McCormick GoodhartModerated by Dan Thawley18:00 – 18:45 Conversation 4The Field of PossibilitiesChiara Capellini & Ambra MartoneModerated by Dan Thawley 7 June 2026Cromo Tea Ceremony hosted by Jenny D.
